The "Industry Institute Partnership Centre" at IITM maintains constant communication with leading organizations in the industry. It functions through and active Placement Committee which comprises of senior faculty members and student representatives sharing responsibility for arranging Guest Lectures, Summer/Industrial Trainings and Final Placement for the students.
IIPC has interacted with more than two hundred renowned companies and arranged Summer Training for the students with them.
IIPC invites knowledgeable Senior Executives from different organizations to visit the Campus and address the students on Current Developments and Specific Problems confronting the industry. This gives a valuable first hand opportunity to the students to meet the Industry Giants and have face-to-face interaction with them. The IIPC also invites Industrial Organizations for Pre-placement Talks and Presentations depicting the concerned Organization's Philosophy, Work Culture, Job Profile etc. Our students are well prepared to attend any Workshop, Written Tests, Group Discussion and Interview thus fulfilling the requirements of the visiting organizations.
